These shallow water dwelling elementals use to protect and aid merchant and military vessels that travel through hazardous waters, but they failed in their charge and were driven insane trying to put back together the broken ships they were to have saved. Now, trapped to the sunken vessel, they try to lure and sink other vessels in the dangerous waters that they dwell in.
