Civilized and elitist, these elementals possess numerous spell-like powers and are significantly more intelligent than their elemental kin. While they have little ability to enforce laws, most denizens respect their direct wishes. Earth nobles are seen as the least of the noble races due to their slower minds. They prefer to think upon problems, for years if need be, and they enjoy combat.
