The spawn created when entities of the Far Realm mingle with creatures of the Material Planes, whether through an insane cultist or an unwilling slave. Such spawn favor their mortal parent but always prominently bear abnormal features such as extra limbs, writhing cilia, tentacles, translucent flesh, eyes embedded in strange places, and so forth. This inherited template can be added to any corporeal creature of the aberration, animal, dragon, elemental, giant, humanoid, magical beast, monstrous humanoid, ooze, plant, or vermin type.
