The Curse of Black Waters reduces its victims to undead slaves of the oasis. These undead are either cured dead or hungry bodies. They must remain within one mile of the Black Waters Oasis. The cursed dead desire nothing more than to be slain and to keep others from suffering their fate while hungry bodies desire nothing more than to become more powerful undead in the misguided hope that it will end their misery.
