These resemble plucked, wingledd vultures, but with humanoid legs. Their neck is long, their arms end in taloned hands, and a very long tail of barbs trails behind them. These creatures often assume the guise of handsome halflings, gnomes, and such races, and pose as advisors or leaders. They can impart beauty at the cost of wisdom.
