Eight foot tall flying creatures of misty consistency. They glow with a silvery color and they are cold and clammy to the tough. Its oval body extends numerous barbed hooks for grappling victims. Its head is a long, thik sinuous neck which ends in a toothy maw, like that of a lamprey. Far down its gullet is a proboscis which it uses to drill into the cranium of victims and suck out brain matter.
