Symbiotic creatures that live on the backs of windwhales, existing in a state of harmony with the larger creature. They are intelligent and tribal in nature, mating and raising their yound, called kits, all on the backs of their host. They hate sharing space with other mantas and they are territorial. A manta resembles an oversized mundane manta ray, cloaked in electrical arcs.
