A wraith-like creature that looks like a tangle of cloth shreds that has taken on a vaguely humanoid shape. in place of a face is a glowing skull and light shines out of its body through the holes of its cloths. These are the spectral remains of powerful wizards and sorcerers who dies as a result of a serge in magic or whose magic consumed them. They lurk in the places where they died, hating those who can still use magic.
