Every spawn of Tiamat has some vestige of the power of the Queen of Evil Dragons in its blood. Blackspawn raiders are human-like creatures wqith black-scaled skin. They are vicious hunters, proud of their heritage and reveling in the will of Tiamat. Exterminators are skilled assassins who usually lead groups of two to four raiders.
