Every spawn of Tiamat has some vestige of the power of the Queen of Evil Dragons in its blood. Leapers are predatory, territorial creatures that hunt the unwary in the wild and serve the smaller span of Tiamat. Greenspawn Sneaks use leaders as mounts, beasts of burden, and guardians.
