Every spawn of Tiamat has some vestige of the power of the Queen of Evil Dragons in its blood. Sneaks resemble green-scaled lizardfolk, but with a distinctly draconic appearance. They are the eyes and ears of Tiamat's armies, her scouts on the ground.
