A creature that mortally offends the Three-Thousand Obah spirits finds that nature itself turns its back on him. This scorned creature transforms into a twisted parody of itself and lives out a life of constant pain. The flesh of a scorned creature darkens, their hair becoming bristles and nails and teeth becoming jagged and brittle. They are ageless. This acquired template can be added to any corporeal aberration, animal, dragon, fey, giant, humanoid, magical beast, monstrous humanoid, or plant.
