A phantasmal fey which is spontaneously born of the lives and emotions of those living in an urban center. They are capable of assuming a variety of forms - a statue of stone, a mob of humanoids, an enormous cloud of rolling smoke - each bestowing upon it different powers. Their character is like that of the city inhabitants' emotions. A city in revolt has a zeitgeist of revolt, while one of celebration may birth one of joy.
