Built solely for war, these thralls serve as unliving reservoirs, with their entire bloated bodies manipulated to maximize their ability to contain as much as bile as possible. Specially treated tubes sewn into their flesh allow them to spray this substance upon unwitting victims, causing agonizing burns and sickness.
