A wormlike creature that propels its hungry maw forward on hundreds of tentacular arms. They grab and swallow their prey, devouring all they can find, echoing their fell shriek through the air. It is said that these are the accidental creations of the deity Lamashtu, birthed from the tentacles of the Mother of Oblivion known as Malcachavka, which in an orgy of violence tore themselves away from her body to continue their rampage.
