Appearing human, but entirely not, this sea race must breed with humans to produce offspring. When Children of the Sea reach maturity they return to the sea. A boone to fishing villages, these can summon fish, predict the weather, and perform other amazing abilities as they mature. This inherited template can be added to any non-aquatic humanoid creature.
