Dwellers of the Wellspring and also of rivers and canals near Penance city. They are famous for leaping out of the water and dragging people back with them. They have a canine body with long clawed arms and a meaty, powerful tail. Their mouth is a four-pronged set of mandibles which they use to latch onto prey.
