A vaguely humanoid monstrosity whose body seems composed of dozens of species and whose bones seem to write beneath its flesh. These are formed when a planar flux causes the fabric of two worlds to break, mingle, and return to normal in the space of a few moments. The living creatures caught in such a storm are torn asunder and put back together as these beasts, no two of which look alike.
