Sergeant Abrison Lawful Good Male Human

Cleansing Flame Abrison stands about 5'8" tall. His hair is black, shaven from the sides of his head, but straight and evenly cut. He is broad shouldered and solidly built, but his face is gaunt from regularily not eating enough. He is traveled and a bit pocked. When he talks, he is straight forward with his words and speaks as he means.
Abrison was an child in an Church of Arden orphanage. When grown, he left the monestary and joined the military in the United Kingdoms where he rose to leadership. At the end of his military years he left the United Kingdoms and took a boat to the city of Tel-Akbar. Nearby, in Wereskalot he found work as the patrol captain for a baron that dwelt within the city. When the barons manor was sacked while he was out on patrol, Wereskalot was sacked by orcish invaders, he led his fellow patrol mein in a series of raids and rescue missions against the orcish forces.
It was during this time that he met Sir Starik, a knight who had gathered a large band of warriors under his banner. Like Abrison, Starik was also leading a resistance against the orcish invaders. Starik, pursued by heavily armed orcish forces, made a brave stand on Krossot Hill, on the road between Tel-Akbar and Wereskalot, to prevent the orcish band from catching a large group of fleeing peasantry. There, in the company of Therod Karynson, the entire force was encircled and destroyed. Abrison and Therod were the only survivors.
Therod then offered Abrison a place of leadership in his mercenary troupe, the Cleansing Flame. ,Abrison is now the lead sergeant of the mercenary band. << BACK
