Captain of the town guard for the village of Garret, Basmar was about 6' tall, 170 pounds, and 30 years old. He had long black hair. As he was suspected of being involved in a covert assassins guild, events in the investigation of Duke Isiagon's murder led to Basmar's death at the hands of an investigating adventurer party.
