A hedge-wizard who owns a colorful wagon, hidden between some stalls in the Bazaar of Wereskalot. Since Wereskalot is full of magic- suspicious citizens, Dorand keeps a low profile. He is a short and very elderly human. He lives in his cluttered wagon where he does fortune tellings, weather-readings, makes charms for curing minor ailments, and performs an odd assortment of many other mystic services. While not excessively eccentric, as some elderly mages are prone to getting, one can't help but feel that Dorand is privately amused with himself much of the time; he also has a habit of talking to himself.
