Owner of Hetterman's Supplies in the city of Mendenton, Harold can be found at his shop at all hours of the day. His shop, a provisionary, is the largest in Mendenton and carries much in the way of standard supplies. Harold is well connected with those in the shipping business. Harold is a shifty-eyed, sweaty man with greasy black hair. He is always trying to find a new way to make money with the least amount of effort and risk.
