The self-proclaimed lich which dwells in an ancient, buried tower located deep beneath the city of Mendenton. When found he asked of the Cleansing Flame adventurers who they came from and when they answered wrong he "disintegrated" them (actually he teleported them away from his lair, leaving behind a small pile of dust).
