Captain Mulkazer D'lemon Lawful Neutral Male Human Status: Retired A retired captain who lives off his wealth from days past. Now in his elder years he applies what he has seen from the many parts of the world to his helping run the town. Mulkazer wears an eyepatch over his left eye which he lost in a rapier duel. Many think him to be a decisive and fair councilman - though a bit strong handed at times. On formal occasions he wears his old naval uniform from when he was in the United Kingdom's navy. Mulkazer and Sir Nossant get along well and often side together in voting matters. |
