Philmar was attacked and slain by adventurers that were investigating the death of Duke Isiagon of Hawkydin. Oscar, a turncoat member of the assassins tipped the adventurers off to Philmar's misdeeds. Philmar was a man, 30 years of age, with trimmed black hair, who stood about 5'5" tall. For a time he lived at the Inn of Abraham in Garret along with Oscar.
