Dean Lallant is a tall man with thin features and a hawkish appearance. He lives a spartan and diciplined lifestyle at the temple of Daer-Koch in the city of Hawkydin, Kingdom of Arend. He has come to work closly with the cities Duke, Isiagon, lately because of fears that soon the Kingdom of Arend may go to war with the elfin Nation of Greentree. He is the military advisor for the city.
