A monkish, completely bald wizard who is friends with Captain Calgurd of Wereskalot. Roan occasionally assists in settling law disputes and in determining innocence with his magics in return for the tolerance by Wereskalot's normally anti-mage leadership. It is whispered that he only stays in Wereskalot, rather than traveling to Tel-Akbar where he would be freely accepted, because of some criminal deed of his own.
