When a spirit is unable to leave its body upon death, it becomes known as a Fell creature. Deceased that have recently become Fell are called ungral. They retain the intelligence that they had in life and not all of them have yet succumbed to evil. This acquired templace can be added to any corporeal creature with an Intelligence score of 5 or more other than an undead.
