Mind flayers of Thoon are those which traveled into the Far Realm and were changed by their experiences there. Now returned, they live a twisted existence different from other mind flayers. Thoon Infiltrators are undercover spies for other mind flayers of Thoon. They resemble normal people, but with a cluster of metallic tentacles protruding from the back of their neck.
