Mind flayers of Thoon are those which traveled into the Far Realm and were changed by their experiences there. Now returned, they live a twisted existence different from other mind flayers. Scythers are silvery automatons with four limbs which wield sharp scythes. They are creations of Madcrafters, mindless servants of the Thoon which serve as foot soldiers.
