Kalier is the middle aged master treasurer for the City of Bluewater in the Kingdom of Arend. He typically dresses in a well appointed fur tunic, leggings, and a golden necklace. He is a prudent man, influencial in matters of Bluewater's politics, and wise in the way of economics. He too is a very wealthy man and he owns several buildings within the city walls, including an expansive stables and many fine horses.
    Ashes of Arend: Kalier was encountered by the adventurers as he did battle with his hireling, Corlag, and thrown from his window to the streets below. Later, after Corlag was captured he hired the adventurers to investigate the whereabouts of a merchant by the name of Odals Alzota who had wanted to purchase an old medallion from him but had resorted to attacking him when he refused its sale. He is also very curious as to why Odals would be so interested in the amulet and what use he intended for it.
