From Tadhg von Artigbrauer to the church
of Lathidus. This letter was written as a request for assistance
when the evil presence of Halat-Shar in the city of Mendenton became apparent.

To Whom This Letter May Be Received By;
May it be known that in the town of Mendenton as of late, there has been discovered a matter
of evil and sedition that I would ask that the church take action on. A known enemy of the church,myself, and true men
of light, has razed the local church and has seen fit to murder several members of our troupe. As a suspected member of
a rival faith, he has declared war upon us. Unfortunately he is a most cunning enemy and can seemingly disguise himself
as any person he chooses in such a way that he cannot be detected through the use of normal magical means. He also uses
powers of an unknown origin to confuse men of the reality about them.
I would humbly ask that the church grant us the power of divination and any other help that
can be spared to help us rot out and slay this man before he can spread his evil more. I believe that I can also speak
for the local priest, Sabaten, in this matter.
