The daughter of Mriyaleet and younger sister to Rhiavet Azzaah. Chiatali was sent away from Hana to a city in the Westering Kingdoms when she was twelve years old after a series of brutal murders. Her first foray into killing was the murder her younger brother, drowning him in a pool of water. Later, she was found in bed with her father, naked and sitting upon him in sheets soaked with her father's blood. For this atrocity she was disowned and sent away to Abnasia, to live in a convent. However she left the convent after only a few years and, having stolen a fair sum of money, set out to create her own fortunes in Abnasia.
    Chiatali is an attractive woman, now nearly twenty-seven years old (AC12896), with straight black hair that frames her slender face, painted lips, and charming nut-brown eyes. She dresses in clinging, provocative, yet unrevealing and full-length dresses, often accessorizing her attire with expensive polished gold jewelry.
    Chiatali is in love with a pirate named Fafori who harbors in the city of Abnasia and despises her family in Hana. Though a return to Hana would provide an interesting opportunity for Chiatali since her brother, Rhiavet, has died, leaving her next in line to inherit the family fortune, Chiatali has little desire to live in Hana or to have anything to do with her family.
